Fair Cancellation Fees
Roundtrips cancellation
Should you decide to cancel your roundtrip, the following fees will be incurred:
- A charge of 15% of the total tour price will apply from the date of booking up to 61 days prior to your arrival date.
- If you cancel between 60 and 31 days before your arrival, 35% of the roundtrip price will be charged.
- A charge of 50% of the roundtrip price will be applicable for cancellations made 30 to 15 days before arrival.
- If you cancel within 14 to 1 days before your arrival, 100% of the roundtrip price will be charged.
Tours and excursions cancellation
- For all Cancellations made 16 hours before the Tour departure time 50% charges will be applicable.
- If Cancellation is made within 16 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If there is no show the day of the activity; no refund will be made.
If eligible for a Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered as adults and charged an adult rate.
